Sài Gòn 1970s was born from a desire to preserve the most beautiful values of a bygone era of Saigon—elegant, liberal, and warm.

The 70s were a vibrant period for the city, where the smoke from broken rice stalls and the gentle melodies of Trinh Cong Son’s music permeated the very breath of life. At that time, cuisine, music, and atmosphere blended to create a unique Saigon identity, harmonizing Vietnamese tradition with a modern Western spirit.
